Many of our cakes can be made gluten-free, and we do offer many gluten-free options. We blend our own gluten-free mix from high quality third-party Elisa tested flours and do take measures to avoid gluten contamination. However we are not a gluten-free facility and we use shared equipment that is used to process gluten products. We cannot guarantee our products for those with severe gluten allergies. We advise those with severe gluten allergies to find dedicated gluten-free facilities.
